Kathmandu : Mukta Bahadur Saru Magar, a local of Waling municipality-10, Bajhakot, has donated one ropani and 10 ana land for the building construction of Urban Health Post.

Land donor Magar said he donated the land with a motivation to build health post in village especially for the treatment of elderly and children so that no one bothered to go outside even for minor treatment.
“We are compelled to turn up to Madikhola health post at Chidhyar and Garhau primary hospital at Waling for general health service”, he said, adding, “I donated the land to bail out the general public from the compulsion”.

Ward chairperson Sunil Khanal said the construction process would start soon with the availability of the land. As the budget has also been assured for the health post building construction, necessary process would be taken ahead for bidding process, Khanal added.
