Lawmaker Bhim Rawal resigns

Lawmaker Bhim Rawal has resigned from his post today. Elected from Achham Constituency-1 as the House of Representatives (HoR) Member, Rawal is also the vice-chairman of CPN (UML).
Rawal resigned from the post stating that he ‘won’t participate in an immoral political game’.
Rawal submitted his resignation letter to Speaker of HoR Agni Prasad Sapkota saying that it would be good to keep aloof instead of being an instrument of immoral politics and political exercise against the country and people.
Rawal, a member of the UML’s Dispute Resolution Taskforce, resigned from the post of lawmaker prior to giving a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba in the parliament today.
