Manchester City entered the quarterfinals after defeating Borussia

Kathmandu : English club Manchester City has entered the quarterfinals of the Champions League with the victory.

City entered the last eight by defeating German club Borussia Manchengladbach 2-0 in the second leg of the last 16 on Tuesday night.

City reached the last eight with an overall 4-0 win over the German club. City had won the first leg 2-0.

Kevin de Bruyne and Ilke Gundogan scored a goal each to give City the victory in the second leg.

Bruin scored in the 12th minute to give City the lead. Then, in the 18th minute, Gundogan scored to give Gardia City a comfortable 2-0 victory.
