The Supreme Court ruled: Oli and Dahal revoked the authority of the CPN

Kathmandu : The official status of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN-UML) has been revoked after Rishi Kattel took over.

A joint bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Bam Kumar Shrestha gave the authority of the CPN (Maoist) to Kattel as per Kattel’s writ petition.

Oli Prachanda’s CPN (Maoist) has been dismissed after the Supreme Court gave the official status of the Communist Party of Nepal to Rishi Kattel.
