Peoples of Gilgit Welcome Nepali K2 Winter Summiteer Team

Zulfiqar Baig/Islamabad : Nepali K2 Winter Summiteer Team have arrived to Gilgit today. Peoples of Gilgit Baltistan Local administration, and representatives of ACP, Asslam o Alikum have Welcome Nepali K2 Winter Summiteer Team .

On 19 Dec 2020 ,an international winter K2 expedition’s Nepal Mountainneering Association have requested (ACP and Govt of Pak for 1x helicoptor ( MI 17 ) from Base Camp to Skardu & Approved by GOP .

Today all Nepali K2 Winter Summiteer arrived at Skardu from K2 Base Camp.

Large throngs of people waited outside the Helipad to greet the team on their success in the historic Winter Expedition on K2.
