Some easy ways to loose weight without trying hard

Everyone desires for a slim and fit body but some may even compromise their health while trying to acquire it. A human body requires vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fats and other nutrients to function efficiently. Only then, the metabolism takes place in a proper way and weight can be controlled.

Therefore, People need to come out of the illusionary bubble that becoming slimmer is the result of eating lesser than the need of body or not eating at all.

Morning routine:

Two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds should be soaked a night before and taken early in the morning in empty stomach.

Two boiled eggs, a cup of milk with 4 peanuts can be taken as a breakfast.

 Lunch:

Salad and yogurt or, green vegetables with a fish can be taken as lunch.

After lunch:

A cup of coconut water or carrots.

Dinner:

Green vegetables with a bowl of brown rice and fish

Before sleep:

A glass of warm milk with turmeric powder

Eat fresh green vegetables and fruits everyday

Eat frequently but eat less

Drink enough water

Practice yoga and physical exercise

Using staircase instead of lifts
