OPD service at Pyuthan hospital closes after doctors contracted infection

Kathmandu : Outpatient Department (OPD) service at Pyuthan Hospital in Pyuthan district has been closed after doctors and an office staff have been infected with COVID-19, said the hospital administration.

Four doctors and an office staff at the hospital have been confirmed to have contracted the infection.

As a result, OPD, physiotherapy and dental services have been closed until further notice, said the Hospital Management officer Rajan Ghimire.
