COVID-19: 146 police confirmed positive, 60 recover

Kathmandu. A total of 146 police personnel have tested positive to Corona Virus in eight districts of Gandaki State.

Of them, 60 have recovered and returned to regular duty, according to SSP at the State Police Office Kiran Rana. Of them, 86 are still undergoing treatment.

Those infected were based in Tanahu, Baglung, Nawalparasi east, Syangja, Kaski, Lamjung, Myagdi and Manang districts.

Meanwhile, special alertness has been observed as the risk of Corona Virus is growing among the police force. There are around 950 police personnel based in the districts with 80 police units.
