Gazal Award goes to Bhattarai

Kathmandu. The Gazal Sandhya Pokhara has decided to provide its Gazal Award to Dr Niraj Bhattarai. Writer Bhattarai from Tanahun district is being awarded for his contribution in gazal genre.

According to Gazal Sandhya Pokhara chair Mohan Bhandari, the award carries a purse of Rs 15,555 with a letter of appreciation.

The Award is conferred every year on the Moti Jayanti. For this year, the award will be handed to the writer after the situation normalizes, Bhadari added.
