102 new COVID-19 cases in State-1 in 24 hrs

Kathmandu. A total of 102 new cases of COVID-19 were identified in State-1 in past 24 hours. Of them, 37 are female while 65 are male. With this, the State tally of COVID-19 has jumped to 2,589 till today.

According to Social Development Ministry at the State, 49 new cases were registered in Morang, 30 in Jhapa, three in Bhojpur, and one in Ilam.

Similarly, three others out of State were also tested COVID-19 positive. Likewise, 33 were found infected in Biratnagar in the last 24 hours.

The Ministry has stated that 1243 people have returned home after complete health recovery and 76,353 are tested for coronavirus through PCR test till today.
