Litterateur Jhamak Ghimire given home

The government has handed over a home to litterateur Jhamak Ghimire in the capital city.

The house was handed over to litterateur Ghimire on her 40th birthday. The government had announced to construct a house some five years ago in honour of Ghimire.

The three-storied building was developed in the land plot of Pashupati Area Development Trust at the investment of Rs 18 million. During a programme organized to handover the house in the capital city, Prime Minister’s spouse Radhika Shakya shared that ‘Jhamak Ghimire Literary Foundation’ was founded after learning about Ghimire’s status.

On the occasion, Shakya pledged to supports to the needy ones in the society if the capability permits.
