Talks with India will be held now: PM

With the passage of the constitution amendment bill by incorporating new territory from the Parliament today, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that now talks will be hold with neighbouring India to bring back Nepal’s encroached land.

Talking to the media after emerging from the parliament meeting, the PM said unanimous voting in favor of the constitution amendment is a good thing for nationality and people. Asked about the upcoming process, the PM said, “Constitution amendment bill is approved unanimously.

Only some lawmakers were absent. There is none in opposition. Now, talks will be held with India”, he added.
