Pahalman Singh highway resumed

The Pahalman Singh Swnar Highway has come into operation after three-day obstruction. The road section was obstructed after landslide fell on the road at Uditola along the road section, said Doti Police Chief Dilip Singh Deuba.

With the obstruction of the road section, dozens of vehicles heading to Terai from Achham and Bajura had stranded along the road. Police added that the blockade was removed with joint efforts of police and locals.

Meanwhile, the Bhimdatta Highway has also come into operation since this morning as it was obstructed since Wednesday night due to thick snowfall. The road was cleared with joint efforts of Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, Nepal Police and locals, said Area Police Office Budar, Doti chief Karna Raule.
