Two airplanes made emergency landing in Janakpur
Two airplanes of Yeti airlines flying to Kathmandu from Nepalgunj and Sankhuwasabha had to make an emergency landing in Janakpur. Because of the low visibility due to bad weather the planes were diverted to Janakpur.
Domestic flights at Tribhuvan International Airport has been partially affected due to bad weather, said the general manager of the airport, Debendra KC.
Weather is expected to witness further changes and there is a possibility of light rain and snowfall especially in mountainous and hilly areas for the next three days due to the influence of the westerly low pressure system according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
